At day 14, a written recap from me — what I saw, what to fix, and whether the full Collective is right for you. Yours either way.

How it works

From signup to first win — the 14-day path.

Day 0

Welcome & intake

Short questionnaire so I can match the programming to your body, your kit, and your week.

Days 1–7

Week one

Four sessions delivered in the app. Movement, baseline strength, daily 5-minute mobility.

Days 8–14

Week two

Progress the load, sharpen the technique, layer in a small recovery habit. You'll feel different by day 10.

Day 14

Your debrief

A 1-page written summary from me. No call. No upsell. Just an honest read on where you are and what's next.

What real clients say

Built on long-term work with real people.

"I am in the best shape of my life and have made a lifestyle change that I believe I can stick to no matter how much my plans change. Working with Patrick made me take accountability for my overall wellbeing and create sustainable healthy habits."
— Serina, business owner & new mum
"Patrick has a great understanding of human physiology alongside an in-depth grasp of nutrition. The training is individualised — strength, flexibility, posture, mindfulness. After three years, he keeps introducing new techniques and keeps it interesting."
— Eitan, CEO of Stride Gaming
Your coach

Patrick — fifteen years honing the craft.

A degree in sport science, then ten years on the floor of LA Fitness and PureGym in London. Five clients a day, six days a week. The kind of mileage there's no shortcut for.

I've spent the years since cutting away the noise. What works is consistent, intelligently programmed strength — scaled to a real life. That's all the Mojo Collective is.

Common questions

Before you sign up.

Do I need a gym?

No. The challenge is built to scale to whatever you have — a pair of dumbbells at home, a hotel room, or a full commercial gym. You'll tell me your kit on day zero and I'll match the programme.

How much time will it take?

Four sessions a week, 30–40 minutes each. Plus 5 minutes of daily mobility you can do while the kettle boils. That's it.

I'm 52 and my back isn't what it was. Is this for me?

Yes. The whole programme is built for men 40+ with the wear and tear of normal life. We work around what's stiff, sore or rebuilt — not around it.

Will you push me into a paid programme at the end?

No. At day 14 you get a written debrief. If the full 12-week Collective is a fit, I'll mention it once. If not, I won't. You keep your debrief either way.

Is it really free?

Yes — and there's no card needed at signup. The challenge is the front door to the Mojo Collective. You either decide it's the right fit at day 14, or you don't. Either is fine.

When does the next cohort start?

Cohorts open monthly, capped at 20 men so I can actually look at everyone's check-ins. You'll get the start date in the welcome email after you sign up.

Last thing

Two weeks. Four short sessions. Your first real win.

No card. No call. Just the work, done well, on your time.
