Fifteen years coaching London. A sport science degree behind every programme. A craft built for people who plan to keep moving — well — for the long haul.
I came up the long way. A degree in sport science, then ten years on the floor of a basement gym in London — LA Fitness, then PureGym after the buyout. Five clients a day, six days a week, every kind of body and goal you can imagine. There's no shortcut to that kind of mileage, and no substitute for it either.
Over those years I built a skill set that doesn't fit neatly in one box. I've taken what genuinely transfers from CrossFit and Hyrox — the conditioning, the work capacity, the engine — and married it to the precision of functional movement and biomechanics. Strong and mobile. Powerful and well-organised. The two halves most coaches treat as a tradeoff.
The work since has been about cutting away the noise. The trends, the 30-day this, the 8-week that — most of it is theatre. What actually works is intelligently programmed loaded movement, scaled to a real life. That's the craft, and it's what I've spent fifteen years sharpening.
It's why the people I coach now aren't chasing a beach body or a PB. They're making a commitment — to training as a life-long practice. Strength you can use. Movement that stays. Habits that don't collapse the first time life gets in the way.
Muscle mass, bone density, joint integrity. These are the things that determine how the next forty years feel. Everything else is downstream.
I'd rather you train three times a week for thirty years than six times a week for six months. We build a rhythm you can keep.
Life changes. Schedules shift. A good programme flexes without breaking. Yours should too.
I'm in your corner, not above you. We measure progress honestly and adjust when things aren't working.
Sleep, stress, nutrition — we coach all of it, because your results live there too.
I won't push you toward someone else's definition of fitness. The programme starts with what you want to be able to do.
"Patrick has a great understanding of human physiology alongside an in-depth grasp of nutrition. The training is individualised and targets not only core strength, flexibility and fitness but also general wellbeing, posture and mindfulness. After three years of regular training, Patrick keeps introducing new techniques to achieve maximum results while keeping it all interesting."— Eitan, CEO of Stride Gaming
