Frequently asked

How often are the live sessions?

Two to three live Zoom sessions a week, at a mix of morning and evening slots so most schedules can catch at least one live. All sessions are recorded and added to the video library within 24 hours.

What equipment do I need?

Minimal. Most sessions can be done with a pair of dumbbells, a kettlebell, and a resistance band — or bodyweight only. Every workout has a "home" and "gym" variation.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes — you can cancel your subscription from your member portal at any time. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.

Is this suitable for beginners?

Yes. Every workout has scaled options, and the library has foundational videos that walk you through each movement. If you're new to strength training entirely, I'd still recommend a 1:1 assessment first.
